Items to Crawl Under- Doorways with objects to push, pull, or lift in order to pass through, stall bars, double decker hollow couch, limbo bar
Items for Balance- Cobblestone mats, balance beams, sand, trampoline
2. Space to Move
Open Area for Ground Play on mats (minimum 6’ x 6’ per person)- easy move furniture like murphy bed or desk, hanging chair or table to be raised up, slide away to corner
Variety of Levels- Sunken living room, lofts, ramps/slides, ladders, stairs
Indoor and Outdoor- Fresh (clean) air, natural light, sounds of nature
3. Creative Surprises
Sports / Skills Stations- Balls to throw & kick, Punching bag to strike
Hidden Items or Room- Trap door in floor, bookshelf doorway, Fidget floor Boards
Recovery Station- Temperature (ice bath and sauna), Sleep (bed), Massage
