Here is the Process:

Level 1) Stand with feet shoulder width apart

Step 1) Clap palms together behind your lower back

Step 2) Hug yourself, each time alternating which arm on top

Step 3) Clap palms together behind your head

*Repeat 5 times in a row without mistakes

Level 2) Stand with feet together

Step 1) Clap palms together behind your lower back

Step 2) Hug yourself, each time alternating which arm on top

Step 3) Clap palms together behind your head

*Repeat 5 times in a row without mistakes

Level 3) Stand with feet together and on balls of feet (heels raised)

Step 1) Clap palms together behind your lower back

Step 2) Hug yourself, each time alternating which arm on top

Step 3) Clap palms together behind your head

*Repeat 5 times in a row without mistakes

Level 4) Same as Level 3 but with eyes closed

Step 1) Clap palms together behind your lower back

Step 2) Hug yourself, each time alternating which arm on top

Step 3) Clap palms together behind your head

*Repeat 5 times in a row without mistakes

Results:

The goal is not speed, it is precision.

If you make a mistake or lose your balance, the test is over and must start again.

Earn 1 point for each successfully completed Step

There are 15 total points at each level and 4 levels equal 60 possible points

Retest every month to track your progress.

These exercises are not simply to improve your score of this test, but to improve the quality of your life.
