We first start by reinforcing good habits with easy modifications to your current lifestyle.

  1. Finish a full glass of water before each meal.

  2. Create and say a life Motto to motivate and guide you everyday.

  3. Move around for 30 seconds every 30 minutes of inactivity.

  4. Practice a breathing and meditation technique when stress rises.

  5. Eat 3-4 meals per day about 3-4 hours a part so you’re fasting 12 hours.

  6. Follow a pre-bed routine to prepare your body for 6-8 hours of rest.

  7. Make each meal a combination of nutrient dense macros.

  8. Increase your heart rate 10-60 consecutive minutes per day.

  9. Experiment with new and challenging activities and groups.

The best way to go about following these steps are 1 week at a time.

BUT THAT’S 9 WEEKS!!!
